Post 15: Building Solar RacksWe bought all of our components from the local hardware store for our solar racks. They pivot on a hinge so we can angle them toward the sun. Check out the post for details about how we did it!

Post 14: Painting the BusPainting the bus took a huge team effort! 3+ hours of taping and 3 full days of painting and we have a white bus! We saved a ton of money doing this part ourselves, but it was a BIG job!

Post 13: Paint PrepPeeling off decals, removing fluorescent tape, sanding, sanding, and more sanding. Paint prep is a lot of work and took us nearly 3 months.

Post 12: Stairway RebuildEvery bus will have it's own unique set of challenges. Ours? A crumbled out stairway. This is the first project we hired help on.

Post 8: New Floor Plan!After taping out the original floor plan, we found in reality there were a few issues with it. We went back to the drawing board to redesign and are really pleased with the results!

Post 4: Floor and Wheel Chair Lift RemovalThe wheel chair mounts added an extra challenge in the floor removal, but with a lot of back breaking pry bar action we were able to get the floors out!
